US Domestic Shipping Policy

• Free U.S. domestic* Standard Shipping on all Brimmune.com orders
• Brimmune.com ships to contiguous U.S. states, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. You will receive shipment details, your package tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier’s website. To track your package, please click on the tracking number in your shipment confirmation email
• Tracking details are usually available within 24 hours after shipment. However, depending on the carrier, delays may occur
• Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on the weekend
• Currently, Brimmune.com is only offering U.S. domestic shipping including the U.S. territories. Brimmune.com does not ship to international addresses at this moment

**Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 14 business days

**Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are usually delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. However, due to high demand, delays may occur.

All orders will process and ship Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following holidays

Brimmune team will be happy to assist you with eligible returns and only products purchased on Brimmune.com may be returned. To process a return, we require authorization. Please contact us with your order details before sending any returns to Brimmune. Without return authorization, we may not be able to process your return. Please read the return eligibility carefully before proceeding.

To Be Eligible for Return:

• Merchandise must be received at our address below within 30 days of your purchase date.
• Please contact us first before sending merchandise back to us. Go to contact page
• If the product is used, opened, damaged, and/or the seal is broken, we cannot authorize a return.
• We do NOT offer refunds on open product(s), partially used product(s), or products that have proof of tampering.
• Please understand that refused shipments and/or unclaimed parcels are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Return:

• Please note that we DO NOT accept returns without our return approval.

• For us to better serve you, please have the following information ready when you contact us.

  • Your First and Last name
  • Quantity of the items you wish to return
  • Reason for requesting a return
• Once you receive a return request confirmation from us, please send back your return using the carrier of your choice to the following address:

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned merchandise. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original payment methods.
• Customers are responsible for shipping fees and return shipping labels and the original shipping fees offered are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping or discounted shipping rates through our free shipping and/or discounted shipping promotions, and you are returning an item(s) for a reason other than the item being defective or damaged in transit, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs that were waived by the free and discounted shipping policy.
