Where is My Package?

Do you ship internationally?
At this current time, Brimmune is only shipping to the 50 US states.

Product purchased from brimmune.com may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the delivery date as long as it is unopened and unused. How Do I Return My Order?
Product purchased from brimmune.com must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please send back your sealed/unopened/unused bottle(s) with the original packing list/invoice using the carrier of your choice to the following address:

Once we receive your package we will inspect the product and packaging. Once we authorize your return request, your refund will be processed within 2~3 business dates to the original form of payment. We do not offer refunds on open and/or used products, partially used products, or products that have proof of tampering.
WHAT IS FUCOIDAN?
Fucoidan is a type of soluble dietary fiber. Chemically, Fucoidan is a polysaccharide, a fucose-rich polymer found mainly in various species of brown seaweeds such as Wakame and Bladderwrack. There are more than 2,500 articles and scientific journals that have explored the efficacy of Fucoidan. These documents have been published in the world’s most recognized science magazines and databases such as PubMed, which is the United States National Library of Medicine, and others. HOW MANY SHOULD I TAKE?
Suggested use is 2-4 capsules a day but to get the most out of it, we recommend starting out with 2 capsules per day for 1 week then take 4 capsules per day. WHEN SHOULD I TAKE THIS?
You can take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the afternoon. Taking Brimmune throughout the day will ensure that you get the desired immune and energy level all day long.
CAN I TAKE IT WITHOUT FOOD?
It is best to take Brimmune on an empty stomach before meals with a full glass of water. However, if you are experiencing acid reflux, take it after a meal.
IS IT THIRD-PARTY TESTED?
Every batch is third-party tested at a GMP-certified facility during the manufacturing process to make sure there are no contaminants.
IS BRIMMUNE IMMUNE + ENERGY COMPATIBLE WITH MY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS?
Brimmune Immune + energy is free from Dairy, Gluten, Soy, GMOs, and Shellfish.
CAN I JUST EAT SEAWEED TO GET FUCOIDAN?
Yes and no. You could eat brown seaweed that contains Fucoidan, but to take in the same amount of fucoidan (1,000 mg), you would have to eat more than 1 kg of seaweed per day. That’s a lot of seaweed!

Once we process your subscription order, we will send you a tracking code. Estimated shipping time is 5-7 business days within the United States.
What If I Want to Change My Ship Date?
If you would like to change your next order date for your subscription, log into your account. Please click the “Manage Subscription” tab and then “Edit” under the XYZ column. On the next screen, you will see your next charge date, which is the date we will ship your next subscription order. Click on “Change Next Charge Date” to modify your shipping date.
